Security from delivery through to acceptance of the projectErection All Risks (EAR) insurance

Unforeseen damage can significantly jeopardise the success of complex projects. Whether natural hazards, fire or an unintentional act during installation or trial operation – the risks are manifold. Clients and contractors are often liable in the event of delays or damage.

Our consulting approach begins at an early stage – even before the construction site goes live. We review the relevant contractual bases with you, such as:

  • GTCs (general terms and conditions of sales and delivery)
  • EPC contracts (engineering, procurement and construction)
  • General contractor agreements
  • General Terms and Conditions (GTCs)

These documents in particular often conceal pitfalls that can render the insurance cover ineffective or cause gaps.

MRH Trowe supports you in the risk assessment of your project, identifies potential gaps in cover and finds insurers who offer customised protection – Europe-wide and internationally.
