Drone liability insurance covers a wide range of relevant risks associated with the private and commercial use of drones. This includes in particular:

  • Liability claims: damage caused by the use of the drone to third parties or their property.
  • Material damage: destruction or damage to physical objects due to collisions or crashes.
  • Personal injury: physical injury to third parties caused by drone operation.
  • Operating damage: damage that occurs during normal flight operations – for example due to technical defects.
  • Intrinsic damage to the drone: protection in the event of an accident, crash or other unforeseen event.
